How to Book Online

All services are provided through a patient-centered, collaborative care model. Consults may be with different clinicians, and online booking availability varies by appointment type and provider. Patients who purchased their hearing aids through our clinic may book appointments marked as “Follow-Up”.
  • Audiology – Adults: Consults for hearing assessments, tinnitus, funding applications, custom earmoulds, and ear/wax concerns
  • Audiology – Pediatrics: Consults for children aged 2.5-17 years, for hearing assessments, tinnitus and custom earmoulds
  • Hearing Aids – New & Follow-Up Care – For new and returning patients seeking new hearing aids, or services & support for their current devices

Contact us at 613-841-3033 or info@echoaudiology.com if you:

  • have new onset of symptoms in one ear that have appeared suddenly
  • are unsure which appointment is right for you, need to book multiple services, can’t find a suitable time, or if you are being referred (Ex: CAF, RCMP, GP/ENT)

Additional Info:

  • Previous Audiograms: If you have a previous audiogram, please share with us in advance or with our front staff when you arrive. We will add it to your chart before your appointment so we can compare it with your new test results

  • OHIP: Audiology services are covered by OHIP when done in a hospital or ENT clinic. Private audiology clinics cannot bill OHIP.

  • Direct Billing: Audiologist do not have access to direct billing with private health insurance companies. However, we can direct bill eligible third-party funder programs (ex: ADP, VAC, RCMP, CAF, NIHB, WSIB, ODSP, etc)

Born and raised in Orléans Ontario, Karine gained experience working in private audiology clinics in the Ottawa area, with most of those years spent in the Orléans community. When she was not practicing locally, Karine spent time working as a Managing Audiologist while living in New Zealand. Karine is best known for her relaxed approach, her ability to simplify and relay information and for her understanding towards her patients. Raised in Hamilton, Danielle’s first field of study was Music, and graduated from the Memorial University of Newfoundland and Laurier University in Waterloo Ontario. Wanting to combine an interest in music and patient care, Danielle then completed the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at Conestoga College. Being a professional musician and performing with orchestras and ensembles across Ontario, Danielle has unique knowledge about sound & acoustics, and how it applies to patient’s daily hearing experiences. Danielle enjoys staying current with industry standards and always aims to best support patients and their individual needs.

Born in England and raised in Ottawa, Flora has a background in health sciences and music. After more than 10 years as a researcher in pediatric audiology, she chose to combine her research experience with direct patient care by completing a Master of Health Sciences in Audiology. During her clinical training, she developed a special interest in supporting children and their families while gaining experience working with patients of all ages. Flora brings an evidence-based approach to her practice, carefully evaluating hearing concerns and providing recommendations tailored to each patient’s unique needs. She enjoys helping patients and families better understand their hearing health, make informed decisions about their care, and feel heard, supported, and empowered.
